CR-VE ("CR-VE," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and online store, including the related content, features, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

SMS and Mobile Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from CR-VE, we may send promotional and marketing messages, including product announcements, launch and restock updates, special offers, event information, and cart reminders. If offered and selected, we may also send transactional or customer-care messages, such as order or shipping updates.

Abandoned-cart messages. Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep track of products you place in your shopping cart, including when you leave items in your cart without completing a purchase. If you have consented to receive marketing text messages, we may use this information to determine when to send you an abandoned-cart reminder by SMS.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message. Opting out of marketing texts does not prevent us from sending non-marketing messages where permitted by law, such as messages necessary to complete or service a transaction you requested.

We will not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in data or consent status with nonaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Our mobile messaging program is also governed by our Mobile Terms of Service, available wherever you sign up for SMS messages.

As stated above, SMS opt-in data and consent status are not disclosed to nonaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may use Shopify features that rely on information about your interactions with our store, Shopify, and other merchants.
