CR-VE Return and Refund Policy

CR-VE accepts eligible returns requested within 5 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email info@crveclothing.co with your order number and reason for return. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Final-sale items, gift cards, and personalized, altered, or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless required by law. Any product-specific return restriction will be disclosed before purchase.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original and return shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law. Please allow your bank or card provider additional time to post the refund.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue.

CR-VE does not offer exchanges. If you would like another size or style, you must return the eligible item and place a new order, subject to availability.
